A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME:
I am a dedicated personal trainer. I believe that resistance training should be a fundamental part of everyone’s life, but I also think there is more to health and fitness than what you do in a gym. I believe the most important thing you can do is make exercising something you enjoy. I am most interested in a bodybuilding style of training, but of course I appreciate all training modalities. I strive to be education based - helping you understand exercise technique and selection, lifestyle changes and behavioural change. I have a trade, previously working in construction, so I understand the needs of someone who needs to exercise around their labour-intensive work .
Health & Wellbeing Goal
To me, my mental health is just as important as my physical, so my biggest goal is to maintain the positive mental health I have.
