Cert 3 Group Fitness, Cert 4 Personal Training, Advanced Boxing, Level 1 Coaching & Conditioning, Aqua fitness, Nutrition, First Aid & CPR. 20 Years in the industry, bringing extensive experience and understanding of how to help people achieve their goals. Whether they are a novice, starting again, experienced or coming back from injury.

WHAT DO I SPECIALISE IN?

One-on-one Personal Training, Coaching, Boxing , as well as in a group training environment with an emphasis on complete mind & body connection encompassing focus, co-ordination, control, balance, agility, speed, cardio and strength. How I train a client depends on their individual needs and goals. It's more than just weights and heart rates. Everyone is unique and I enjoy being a part of developing my clients potential in the gym and other areas of their lives.

WHAT MOTIVATES ME?

People who are unapologetically themselves. Not being boxed in or part of the Status Quo. I think we could all learn and grow from being less afraid and more ourselves. Don't be afraid to question or make mistakes.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO ANYONE WANTING TO START PT?

Weight loss is not a "goal", sustainability & longevity of a persons health & fitness is the goal, including good nutrition & an understanding of their eating habits. If a person isn't in the right mindset, diets can put them in a never ending cycle of mental and physical torment. You can have the six pack but for most , it comes with great discipline and a 'healthy' change in lifestyle.

HOBBIES

Anything family, Travelling, Fashion, Food, Health and all things Phycology, Evolution. Nature vs Nurture.
