My love for movement, people, and belief that in a healthy body lives a healthy life. I love to focus on good technique and seeing progress in people.

Constant learning and seeing results in the form of improved health, confidence, and happiness. Like the quote says - "we don't stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising

HOBBIES
When I have time, I'd like to start painting, dancing and bike riding again. At the moment, discovering new places in our hood with kiddos (and without them)
