I love the reward of helping people become happier and healthier within themselves.
What would you say to anyone wanting to start PT?
Consistency is key – both in and outside of the gym. Don’t expect miracles in a day, a week, or even a month. Progress takes time. Fall in love with the process.
Health & Wellbeing Goal
Currently in a building phase with the aim of achieving greater strength. Plus, finding the balance between work and family life (I am a self-confessed workaholic).
