Box Circuit is a fantastic 1 hour full-body conditioning class which can take your fitness to the absolute extreme!
It is a partnered box training class that incorporates glove and focus pad work and cardio elements. Traditional boxing has been redesigned and has come to life at Active Life Fitness Everton Hills.
It’s the perfect class for fat-burning, muscle toning, improving reflexes, coordination and building your self-confidence!
You will learn different boxing combinations such as jab, cross, hook and upper cut, and have a great time working up a sweat while toning your upper body, abs and legs!
