I have been training with Mary for approximately 6 years now, and love going to my PT sessions each week. It’s never boring with same old, same old exercises; she mixes it up to make every training session interesting and for me, that’s great, as I get bored easily! I enjoy a challenge, so there are challenges thrown in as well without pushing me to do something I am not capable of.
Mary is very knowledgable and is always able to answer any questions I have about the workouts or the benefits of the exercise I’m doing. Due to Mary’s expert training sessions, I have become very fit and have build good muscle for someone of my age (72). She gives you her undivided attention throughout the sessions, value for money, and a variety of exercises. She is constantly checking if your technique is correct to eliminate any risk of injury.
I love my sessions with Mary; they are fun (we have some laughs), and serious (we don’t waste time chatting constantly) at the same time. Mary lets you work at your own pace, and builds your fitness level to match your ability. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get seriously fit, build muscle, and core strength.
