Our Hot Yoga North Brisbane class is a mix of Vinyasa flow and Hatha Yoga, meaning that there are both fluid moving sequences as well as still postures.
The heated room will help warm your muscles to improve flexibility and remove toxins while you sweat, bend and twist through the different poses.
Each Hot Yoga North Brisbane class allows participants to work at their own level, whether they are absolute beginners who have never tried a class or seasoned Yogis! This is a ‘work at your own pace’ environment and is free of judgment and ego.
